Ahead of Shadow of the Erdtree rolling out on PC, From Software shared on X (formerly Twitter) that it has identified a Steam Deck issue where Elden Ring will become unresponsive to player input if the Steam Deck is left inactive for five minutes. This is a pretty huge issue, since you wouldn’t be able to save or do anything else in Elden Ring if the game becomes unresponsive. From Software said that it is working on a hotfix for the issue, although it didn’t say when players can expect the fix to release.

The gaming regulator for the Philippines has reportedly announced that its aggregated third-quarter gaming income exceeded an earlier estimate and more than doubled year-on-year to top approximately $248.9 million.
